Definitions

Children under the age of 16

Persons under the age of 16 are not eligible to use our services and minors not permitted submit any personal information to us. We will not knowingly accept any data from a person who is under the age of 16 years.

Information We Collect

We will collect and process the following information:

  • a) technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform;
  • b) information about your website access and visits, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time), download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs) and any phone number used to call us.

Disclosure of your information

You agree that we have the right to share your Personal Data with any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company, and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.

  • -business partners, suppliers, and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with them or you;
  • -analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of the Talos360 website;

From time to time we use third party suppliers and service providers to facilitate our services. Where any service provider collects information directly from you (for example, if we ask a service provider to conduct a survey for us) you will be notified of the involvement of the supplier or service provider, and all information disclosures you make will be strictly optional.

External Web Services and Links

We use a number of external web services on the Talos360 Site, mostly to display content within our web pages. This is not an exhaustive or complete list of the services we use, or might use, in the future when embedding content, but these are the most common. We cannot prevent these third-party sites, or external domains, from collecting information on your usage of this embedded content. If you are not logged in to these external services then they will not know who you are but are likely to gather anonymous usage information e.g. number of views, plays, loads and so on.

Email Tracking

Some emails that we send have tracking on so that we can tell how much traffic those emails send to the Talos360 Site.
