Talos360 is delighted to announce the latest partnership with leading HRIS provider HiBob. With this latest integration, clients using both Talos360’s applicant tracking system and HiBob’s HRIS can securely automate the transfer of candidate data.
Founded in 2015, HiBob is a leader in the HR industry, supplying thousands of organisations with their comprehensive human resources information system. Offering a variety of tools for HR professionals, from workforce planning to a payroll hub, HiBob is the perfect system to integrate with Talos ATS.
Talos360 partners with HiBob
As part of Talos360’s HR Connect initiative, the integration with HiBob revolutionises recruitment and candidate management by allowing for the seamless transfer of key candidate data between systems, and allowing users to build an employee record in their HiBob portal directly from Talos ATS.
This integration will allow the transfer of candidate core data, including first name and email address, which will form the candidate profile and offer details, taken from Talos ATS, including start dates.

As the transfer of candidate data is often a manual process, the possibility of human error is high, potentially halting the onboarding process. With an automated transfer, users can streamline their onboarding and reduce the risk of data entry errors.
Not only does streamlining the onboarding process save businesses time and money, but it also helps improve a candidate’s onboarding experience, significantly increasing the chance of a successful hire.
During this process, users can also input additional data and begin the onboarding process by sending an onboarding email and continuing with a selected HiBob onboarding flow.
