Talos360 launches its latest Smart Interview Scheduler feature available now in Talos ATS, providing a more efficient way to organise, schedule and conduct in-person and virtual candidate interviews.
We are delighted to announce the release of our latest feature in Talos ATS, our Smart Interview Scheduler.
A complete revamp of our current interviewing booking feature, Talos360’s latest Smart Interview Booking feature provides Talos ATS users with a more efficient interviewing process whilst helping to deliver a better candidate journey for applicants.
Smart interview booking from Talos ATS
While retaining the core features of our current interview booking feature our users are familiar with, the latest version brings with it a vastly superior candidate experience, all new features to improve the entire interviewing process and, of course, our much-anticipated integration with Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
Yes, you read that right. Talos ATS is now integrated with Teams and Outlook, providing our users with an all-new process for requesting, scheduling, and conducting interviews. With our latest feature we have the ability to integrate with any online calendar including Outlook, allowing users to sync their chosen calendars with Talos ATS, conduct interviews via Teams, and schedule face-to-face, over-the-phone, and remote interviews seamlessly.
How does our Smart Interview Scheduler work?
Our Smart Interview Scheduler is an entirely self-service feature. That means once in your hands, you have complete control. Manage Interview Scheduler in your ATS admin screens to create candidate emails, connect your Outlook and Teams to your applicant tracking system and stay up to date with any bookings created with our Talos ATS real-time notifications.
Once connected, all users can effortlessly sync their Outlook calendar to Talos ATS, which also connects their Teams for video interviewing. By syncing Outlook to your ATS, users can customise their interviewing availability and organise interviews with the press of a button.
With real-time calendar updates, users can provide candidates the ability to select available times from their calendar. Users can also create interviews for specific dates and times with our smart suggested times feature. That means no interview clashes, no last-minute meetings, and, most importantly, an altogether quicker interviewing process.
But that’s not all… We know that as a hiring professional, you often have days filled with back-to-back interviews, with no time for a break or a chance to review your notes. So, to help better manage your interviews, you can alter your availability and create buffer times with our Smart Interview Scheduler, giving you a chance to catch a break, make a brew, and prepare yourself for the following interview.
Manage your candidate interviews with ease
It’s not often that everything works out the way it’s supposed to the first time, and the same goes for interviews. With our Outlook integration, users can manage bookings directly in their browser. If any change is made, Outlook and Teams will update automatically, creating a new booking within your ATS.
Don’t worry – your candidates won’t be left in the dark. Invited candidates will be notified of a change and will receive a new invitation link for the new proposed time – all without you lifting a finger.
Candidate interview portal
Thanks to our integration with Microsoft Teams, candidates won’t have to worry about downloading any strange interviewing software to join an interview. Not only does this make your interviews more accessible, but it considerably improves the all-important candidate experience.
To help you deliver the best candidate journey possible, we have also developed and improved our candidate interview portal. Once invited to an interview, candidates will receive their interview details within their portal. Candidates can either accept their proposed interview date, or decline an interview allowing the user to reschedule the booking.
Once confirmed, candidates will have all the interview details they need, including agreed-upon times and dates, who their interviewers are, and even an interactive map showing the interview location for those booking a face-to-face interview.
