With 93% of employers believing a good onboarding experience is critical in influencing a new employee’s decision to stay at a company, it’s fair to state, onboarding is considered a critical aspect of the recruitment process.

However, according to Indeed, just 11% of employees actually receive a thorough onboarding program. Clearly, that’s quite a gap.
