Talos360 hires two new senior positions (CRO & CFO), kickstarting 2022 as a year of exciting growth and development.
2021 was an incredibly exciting year for Talos360. We welcomed our new CEO, Janette Martin, collected awards for our pioneering hiring software, and underwent a full-scale brand refresh!
To kickstart 2022, we’re delighted to welcome Sam Adjepong as our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Dean McGlone as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
These two new senior hires mark the beginning of what will be an exciting year of growth and development here at Talos360.
Sam Adjepong – Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Sam brings with him a wealth of experience in strategic growth and development, having held senior financial roles within two industry-leading, international organisations. Sam’s previous work includes Synexus – a private equity-backed international clinical trial site organisation – and Accelerated Enrollment Solutions, the global patient recruitment division of PPD Inc., a leading US Clinical Research Organisation (CRO).
Sam is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) under the ICAEW. He initially trained as an auditor and worked in the UK and Australia, before moving out of public practice to take on senior operational finance roles.
He comments: “Talos360 is making exciting strides in the HR Tech space, with products that customers love and a great company culture. I am delighted to join the talented leadership team in delivering our strategic and financial priorities as we embark on this exciting phase of growth ahead.”
Dean McGlone – Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Dean joins Talos360 after spending 12 years with leading UK software brand, Advanced, where he held a number of senior sales-leadership roles. He brings a wealth of experience in leading technology sales teams across a wide range of channels – making him well-placed to drive the next stage of Talos360’s growth.
Dean said of his appointment: “Talos360 is a very progressive company in a fast-growing market backed by superior SaaS offerings that stand head and shoulders above the competition.
During the last 12 months, Talos360 has seen impressive sales growth achieving 73% ARR growth in 2021, yet there is still significant scope to accelerate this further.
We will be developing the sales organisation to enable rapid scaling as well as building a partner network where I see a huge amount of opportunity across multiple markets.
I am looking forward to being a driving force in our continued success given the transformative opportunity technology offers in-house recruitment teams and the increasing strategic importance of employee engagement and candidate attraction across most sectors in the UK. ”
