360 Resourcing Solutions, one of St Helens’ most innovative recruitment businesses, has just been shortlisted by the local business chamber for one of its top honours.
Nominated in the ‘Best Use of Technology’ category by St Helens Chamber, 360 Resourcing will now have to wait until the prestigious awards ceremony later this month to find out if the recruitment solutions provider has won.
The ‘Best Use of Technology’ award recognises those organisations that have made full use of a range of technologies, helping them to grow their business, promote efficient working, and improve engagement.
Team work and engagement
In 360 Resourcing’s case, this included both internal and external technical applications. The company has a large in-house development team, which focuses on the design and build of their full-suite Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Talos. Talos enables 360’s clients to reduce their recruitment admin, minimise their cost per hire, and promote their employer brand. With an implementation road map and happiness list, 360 is continually evolving their tech platform to ensure great customer service.
From an internal perspective, 360 Resourcing uses technology to encourage employee engagement via a company intranet called BOB. With an interactive timeline, this system allows their team to share social events, celebrate successes, and even participate in a rewards system called Panda Points. These points can be traded for a range of benefits, from cinema tickets to duvet days.
The firm, which has its HQ in St Helens, also provides a number of technological solutions for its clients and to help job seekers find work, from its ATS Talos to recruitment advertising packages. 360 Resourcing’s developers can also create a dedicated careers site for clients, giving them a home for all of their online recruitment efforts and a range of other benefits.
The ceremony
360 Resourcing was shortlisted by St. Helens Chamber alongside Branded Items Group and Wind in the Willows Childcare Ltd. Branded Items is a family-owned company that produces promotional and branded merchandise, while Wind in the Willows operates across Warrington and Merseyside, providing childcare and wrap around care.
Sponsored by Wish FM, the St. Helens Chamber Business Awards 2018 ceremony will take place at Totally Wicked Stadium, home to St. Helens RFC, on Thursday 17th May. Tickets and more information about the awards can be gained by emailing events@sthelenschamber.com or calling 01744 742028.
