What began as a single store in Enfield back in 1971 has evolved into one of the largest chains of pet superstores in the UK. Now, with over 100 stores across the UK and Ireland, as well as a thriving online presence, Jollyes Pets is home to pet food, accessories, and toys, offering services such as dog grooming, washing, and veterinary care: Absolutely everything a pet could need, Jollyes has it.

Recruitment challenges

Before using Talos ATS, Jollyes didn’t utilise an ATS. Like so many businesses, Jolleys relied on a recruitment module linked to their HRIS. And like so many businesses that don’t use an ATS, the user experience was extremely clunky. Everything from the candidate experience to their ability to advertise on multiple platforms was long-winded and frustrating for recruiter and candidate alike.
