Lymm High School is a high-performing comprehensive school in the heart of Cheshire. With a proud heritage and tradition, the school has been serving the local community since 1601, when it was granted a Royal Charter. Today, Lymm High School is a comprehensive secondary school and sixth form with academy status, ranked #1 in Warrington for GCSE results (9-7).
The main challenges for Lymm High School were the application process. Interested job seekers first had to download the application form from the website, complete it, and then email it back to the school. Once received, the recruiter would upload it to a shared folder for the hiring manager to then shortlist. Convoluted and inefficient, the whole time-intensive process neglected the candidate journey, particularly unsuccessful candidates who were never contacted.
