Over the past twelve months we’ve been increasingly focused on facilitating the understanding of Employee Value Propositions and these workshops are a great opportunity for 360 to share our knowledge with some fantastic brands and great HR professionals.
EVP is one of the key tenets of Employer Brand and underpins any successful candidate attraction and retention strategy. The itinerary is specifically developed to practically explore Employee Value Propositions, to facilitate better understanding – improving the number of quality hires and assisting the retention & motivation of top performers.
We’ve hosted a few employee value proposition events in London and we’re looking forward to bringing our Employee Value Proposition’s session to the North West in October. Our events have averaged an NPS score of 9.1 and we’re always looking at ways to make them more interactive and informative.
Previous events have been delivered at the beautiful Perkbox Happiness Lab. These Employee Value Propositions events consist of talks on EVP from Tomas Coulter and the results of our Employee Engagement Survey 2017, presented by Stephen Rundell. The 360 team facilitate an Employee Value Propositions card game workshop to introduce an exploratory EVP framework specially designed by 360 Resourcing to help HR professionals discover their business’s true EVP. We’ve also had a guest speaker from Perkbox, Declan Redden, who outlines some of the key ways that their platform can assist employee engagement. The team at Perkbox were so welcoming and the Happiness Lab was a great collaborative space in which to hold these sessions.
