A family-owned business, Meallmore opened it’s first nursing home in 1987 at Meallmore Lodge, in Daviot. Thirty plus years later, Meallmore possess the same steadfast commitment to exceptional care provision, operating from 27 different care homes right across Scotland.

Before implementing Talos360's Applicant Tracking System, Meallmore relied heavily on spreadsheet management, manually tracking applications from 27 home administrators; a time-intensive process that resulted in a high volume of vacant hours.

Their reliance on manual processes also meant many candidates were lost in the process, damaging their employer brand, resulting in a poor candidate experience and excessive time-to-fill metrics.

Results

Meallmore wanted an ATS system that would enable them to keep track of all their vacancies, while keeping candidates engaged, preventing drop-off and improving their overall experience. Furthermore, the company was keen to implement a system that would successfully track successful candidates' onboarding progress - thus affording their recruiters more time to focus on headhunting and candidate care.
