Once again, Talos360 joined with Censuswide, a global insight-driven research organisation, to provide the latest insights in the HR industry, this time, with the spotlight on The Future of Talent.
Commissioned by Talos360 and carried out by Censuswide, Talos360’s latest research gathered the views of 1,019 employees (18+) working in organisations in the UK and 251 hiring managers at UK companies with over 100+ employees.
The goal? To provide an employer, employee and candidate lens on the latest people challenges, the influence of AI in recruitment, and to collect the views of both employers and employees on the future of talent attraction and retention.
Naturally, a report this big deserves its own launch event, and that’s exactly what it got…
Talos360 launches Future of Talent Report
Held at the impressive KPMG Manchester offices, hosted by BusinessCloud‘s Executive Editor, and attended by senior HR professionals across the North West, Talos360’s Future of Talent Panel Debate certainly didn’t disappoint.
Talos360’s latest event promised the launch of Talos360’s exciting new research and an insightful panel of industry experts, discussing the key talking points from Talos360’s latest report.
Panellists discussed their views on the future of talent in the UK, what employees and candidates are expecting from their employers, the influence of AI in recruitment, how organisations are using it, and how candidates are adopting AI to secure their roles.
Kicking off the event was Talos360’s Janette Martin, sharing her views and insight on the report’s latest findings.

Janette Martin, Talos360 CEO opened up the discussion on candidates adoption of AI, sharing how “software is really important” when dealing with the AI candidate.
With 36% of 18-24 year’ old jobseekers having used AI to write their application form, Janette warned that organisations “could then end up in a volume challenge”.
With a possible overwhelming influx of candidates, Janette expressed the importance of having the right hiring software in place to effectively promote your employer brand, and respond to candidates quickly to meet candidates expectations in 2024.
Janette also spoke about the “challenge of getting to that real person behind [AI written CV’s].” In-house recruiters must be aware of and even adjust their hiring strategies, whether that’s through assessment-based hiring scoring systems or by ditching CVs entirely, to ensure you are getting to the person behind the AI-written applications.
