Talos360 has announced the launch of Talos Perform, a next-generation performance management solution designed to close the growing talent insight gap and form a key part of the company’s AI-driven platform for managing the entire talent lifecycle.

Built on the strong foundation of Appraisd, acquired by Talos360 in 2025, Talos Perform represents the next step in Talos360’s strategy to connect hiring, onboarding, development and performance into a single intelligent platform.

As organisations face increasing pressure to make faster and more effective talent decisions, many still struggle to turn workforce data into meaningful insight. It is no longer just about filling roles quickly, but about improving how organisations identify and assess talent in a way that drives long-term performance.
