Florinee Homes

Florinee Homes was established in January 2017, but it wasn’t until November that they opened their first home in Peterborough: Jefferson House - originally a semi-independent supported accommodation, becoming an Ofsted registered children’s home in 2021. Their second home, also in Peterborough, Madison House, was opened in August 2019 as a registered children’s home. Currently awaiting registration is their third property, Washington House, the latest home in the Florinee Homes family.

Implementing Talos360 has changed the way we recruit. To screen and reject CVs, using killer questions is a big help. As is video screening. With it, we can make a better judgment on whether the candidate is the right fit before we progress. Overall, Talos360 have changed the way our recruitment is viewed internally – and the best thing? Tasks are no longer being overlooked. Everything we need to progress the candidate is right there in Talos ATS.  

From a time perspective, Talos ATS has helped us repurpose it, and instead of wasting it on manual processes, we can now spend it on finding the best talent. Honestly, it’s the simple things like the onboarding page that make such a difference: Simple, but clever and effective.
