What started as a single pet store in Enfield in 1971 has grown into one of the UK's leading pet retail chains. With more than 1,000 employees and over 100 stores across the UK and Ireland, Jollyes Pets provides everything from pet food and accessories to grooming, veterinary and pet care services, supporting pet owners both in-store and online.

Recruitment challenges

Before using Talos ATS, Jollyes didn’t utilise an ATS. Like so many businesses, Jolleys relied on a recruitment module linked to their HRIS. And like so many businesses that don’t use an ATS, the user experience was extremely clunky. Everything from the candidate experience to their ability to advertise on multiple platforms was long-winded and frustrating for recruiter and candidate alike.
