It’s time to celebrate for the 360 Resourcing Solutions family, as today marks nine years since the company was founded back in 2009.
“Happy birthday, 360!”
With offices in St Helens and London, hundreds of great clients, and more than 10,000 recruitment advertisements going out every month, not to mention having developed our own Applicant Tracking System (ATS) called Talos, 360 Resourcing has come a very long way since it was just two men and a dog in a Manchester flat.
A lot has gone on over these nine years, which is why this anniversary is so important to the whole 360 Resourcing team.
Highlights include:
- Recruiting our first colleague, Colin Moran, in 2009 (he’s still with us today)
- The move to our current head office in St Helens in 2011
- An all-expenses paid trip to Krakow in 2014
- The opening of our Covent Garden London office in 2014
- Winning the Recruiter Award for Best Team Motivation Event in 2014
- The 360 Rockstars having a much deserved trip to Las Vegas in 2015
- Going to South Africa in 2016
- The whole company travelling to Brussels for New Year at the end of 2017
- Version 2.0 of our ATS, Talos, launched in 2018
- Winning the Best Use of Technology prize at the Wish FM St Helens Chamber Business Awards 2018
As you can see, it’s been quite busy! Stephen Rundell, 360’s co-founder and director, had this to say:
“I can’t believe it’s been nine years already! It only feels like yesterday that Tom and I started the business. I’m so proud of the team we’ve built at 360, everyone has really worked together over the years to make this all possible and I’m looking forward to the years ahead!”
Director and co-founder Tomas Coulter, added:
“This certainly is a time to celebrate, as what we’ve managed to do together as a company is amazing. Ste and I worked really hard to make us the leading provider of recruitment solutions in the UK, as well as the largest recruitment advertising media buyer. Let’s hope the celebrations for our 10th birthday next year are just as epic!”
The 360 team will be celebrating with a birthday BBQ and beers in the sunshine this afternoon. Office dog Charlie already seems excited by all the birthday goings on, joining in with the big cheer this morning. Thankfully he’s calmed down in his sunny spot by the window now, no doubt dreaming of this afternoon’s burgers & sausages…
