We’ve integrated Talos ATS with TrustID’s Identification Document Validation Technology for Right to Work (RtW) checks.
TrustID is a leading provider of Identity Document Verification Technology (IDVT), giving employers an easier way to carry out both digital and physical document RtW checks with their candidates.
Talos ATS integrates Trust ID’s Identification Documentation Validation Technology
This latest integration will allow users of our applicant tracking system to easily comply with the latest Right to Work guidance directly through their ATS!
Our TrustID ATS integration will allow employers to:
- Automate the new RtW check process through their ATS
- Share ‘Guest link’ invites to candidates who are eligible for Digital Checks
- Process RtW checks using Share Codes
- Capture candidate selfies for biometric face matching
- Present and verify original documents for non-digital RtW checks
How are Right to Work Checks changing?
From 6th April 2022, the options for remote RtW checks have changed – including the introduction of ‘Digital Right to Work Checks’.
Employers had between 6th April and 1st October to decide whether to introduce digital checks or return to physical document checks or combine the two methods.
How have Right to Work Checks changed from April 2022:
- Physical Biometric Residence Permits and Biometric Residence Cards no longer valid evidence of RtW (from Apr 6th)
- Digital RtW Checks become effective alongside Remote Checks (Apr 6th – Oct 1st)
- Non-UK/Irish passport or eVisa holders must supply physical documents (from Oct 1st)
- End of COVID-adjusted RtW checks (from Oct 1st)
