Lancashire Cricket Club is one of the most prestigious sport, leisure and business venues in the UK with capacity for up to 26,000 sport spectators and 50,000 concert attendees. The employees at Lancashire Cricket are at the heart of everything that they do to create the best cricket club in the world.

They were looking for a way to streamline their hiring process, minimise manual paperwork and improve the onboarding process in order to reduce internal admin and cut both their cost per hire and their time to hire.

By implementing Talos ATS, Lancashire Cricket Club were able to centralise all their hiring and remove their reliance on emails and spreadsheets. Everything from job advertising to onboarding was all centralised in one platform and they were able to track and manage their entire recruitment workflow.

This removed the need to manage multiple job boards and streamlined approval workflows within the hiring process. Total time to hire dropped from 11-13 weeks to 6 weeks by using Talos360's hiring software.

Necessary onboarding compliance checks were also managed through Talos ATS, with DBS and Right to Work checks integrated into the candidate journey. The candidate onboarding experience was also enhanced with access to new starter FAQs.

From a recruitment management perspective, Talos ATS provided full transparency and also allowed specific users to be given the correct permissions to access the areas of the platform they need.
