We are delighted to announce that we have successfully taken the next step in our journey to transform our talent operating system by completing our very first strategic acquisition of global performance management software, Appraisd.
As one of the fastest-growing tech organisations in the North West, finding a business that not only shares our values and ambition, but also our growth trajectory was essential, and Appraisd was by far our stand-out candidate.
With support from our investment partners, LDC, we have successfully welcomed Appraisd as the first to join our Talos360 family, helping us to provide our customers with a complete pre-hire and post-hire solution.
Who are Appraisd?
With over 210 customers globally, Appraisd currently provides performance management systems, helping businesses in over 65 countries manage their people’s performance and development.
From performance reviews and employee objectives to manager check-ins, appraisals and development plans and recognition, Appraisd have built an advanced performance management solution that will not only complement our existing solution but take us to the next level.
We are beyond excited to integrate Appraisd into our already award-winning applicant tracking system, Talos ATS, which will enable our customers to manage, develop and enhance the entire candidate and employee lifecycle across the hire-to-retire journey in one streamlined platform.

With Appraisd now a part of Talos360, we are able to expand our talent operating system, allowing our customers to hire, manage and onboard the best talent, but also provide a solution that will support the engagement and development of talent throughout their employment journey.
Our new combined solution offers HR teams an innovative software unlike anything available in the market, capable of keeping up with the evolving needs of in-house recruitment teams whilst significantly reducing costs by negating the need for two separate platforms.
Thanks to Appraisd current global client base, we also have the opportunity to expand our reach into the global market and offer our talent operating system to HR leaders currently operating in the USA, Singapore, Australia, South Africa, UAE, Canada and Europe.
