For talent tech software provider Talos360, 2024 was certainly a year to remember.
From releasing new innovative, market-leading applicant tracking system features and welcoming some big names to the Talos360 community, to receiving some of the most prestigious awards and accolades in the HR industry, we’ve had plenty to celebrate.
Let’s look back at 2024 and all Talos360 has achieved as we strive to find a better way in everything we do.
Tiara Talent Tech Awards – CEO of the year
After another year of successful growth at Talos360, our incredible CEO, Janette Martin, was once again presented with The Optima Talent Tech Leader of the Year at the Tiara Tech Talent Awards.
This award recognises CEOs who have demonstrated innovation, exceptional performance, and employee engagement and is a testament to Talos360’s commitment to ensuring people and culture remain at the heart of everything we do whilst continuing to develop Talos360’s industry-leading talent technology.
ENGAGE- Best example of marketing engagement strategy
Adding to our accolades in 2024, Talos360 was awarded Best Example of Marketing Engagement Strategy at the Engage Awards in recognition of Talos360’s 2023 Christmas advert, Santa: A HR Story.
This award acknowledged the high level of user engagement generated throughout the seasonal marketing campaign, breaking the mould of traditional HR and talent tech marketing campaigns whilst bringing some personality and a healthy dose of comedy to the world of HR.
Onrec – The creative online marketing awards
The celebrations didn’t stop there for Talos360 as we attended the Onrec Awards and received the Creative Online Marketing Award for our 2023 Christmas Campaign.
The Creative Online Marketing Award acknowledged the campaign’s creative approach to recruitment woes and hiring headaches and didn’t fail to make an impression on the Onrec judges.
Recognition across the HR and Talent tech industry
Alongside our award wins, we were delighted to be named finalists for five prestigious HR and talent tech awards throughout 2024.
TIARA Talent Tech Awards
Here at Talos360, we are committed to providing excellent customer service, and our nomination for The Marriott Harrison Talent Tech Customer Service Award was a recognition of our incredible customer service team.
Northern Tech Awards
After seeing yet another successful year of revenue growth, Talos360 was named a finalist at the Northern Tech Awards and ranked against some of the most successful businesses in northern England.
In-House Recruitment Supplier Awards
We were named finalists for both ATS for Enterprise and ATS for SMEs, recognising our dedication to providing an innovative hiring solution to SEM and enterprise organisations.
Personnel Today
We also celebrated being named a finalist for HR Tech Provider of the Year at Personnel Today, recognising our dedication to providing innovative, easy-to-use recruitment software for in-house recruiters.
Preferred partner accolades
Amongst our awards and nominations, we received several exciting product-related accolades in 2024.
In 2024, Talos360 received recognition as a LinkedIn Preferred Partner and an Indeed Silver Channel Partner, continuing our dedicated partnership, which provides our customers access to leading job boards.
After an extensive application process, we were awarded a place on the G-Cloud 14 list of approved suppliers of hiring software for the first time. This incredible achievement allows us to extend our talent software solution to a wider public sector network and is an exciting opportunity for further growth in 2025.

Our list of accolades doesn’t stop there – 2024 was once again an impressive year of employee engagement awards for Talos360.
After retaining its position as the UK’s Best Workplace in Tech, Talos360 was named Best Workplace in the UK by Great Place to Work, the global authority in workplace culture, after producing some incredible results in the 2024 Great Place to Work survey.
Best Workplace for Development
After producing some rather impressive workplace and culture statistics, Talos360 was also named Best Workplace for Development in 2024.
This award came after a year of internal investment that saw 16% of the workforce either promoted or moved internally in the past 12 months and is a testament to our commitment to invest in our people.
Best Workplace for Europe
Hot off the heels of our Best Workplace for Development placement came our recognition as the Best Workplace in Europe for small to medium-sized organisations.
