Talos360 has been awarded THREE separate awards at this year’s TIARA Talent Tech Star celebrations, including ‘Optima Talent Tech Leader of the Year’ for CEO Janette Martin!
This is Talos360’s second winning year at the prestigious awards. Last year, the company took home ‘Candidate Experience Solution of the Year’ in recognition of their advanced hiring software, Talos ATS.

This award is evidence of Talos360’s substantial growth over the past twelve months, after the company announced ‘record-breaking’ figures for 2021.

The ‘Optima Talent Tech Leader’ award recognises talent tech founders and CEOs who have demonstrated innovation, exceptional performance, and employee engagement.
The milestone appointment of CEO Janette Martin was made in 2021. The business has since undergone a full-scale commercial rebrand, announced record-breaking performance – with more than a 50% increase in total revenue!
